? Assist in organizing weekly progress meetings with EPC contractors, clients, and stakeholders. ? Document action items, deadlines, and distribute meeting minutes. Site Mobilization Assistance:
? Coordinate aspects of site mobilization for personnel and equipment under the guidance of the Administration Manager, including temporary housing, catering, and transportation arrangements. Office Management:
? Support the oversight of office facilities, utilities (power, water, internet), and security systems. ? Assist in preparing monthly reports on administrative KPIs. Inventory Management:
? Aid in the management of inventory for safety gear, office supplies, and emergency kits. ? Participate in monthly audits and assist in replenishing stocks as needed. Travel Arrangements:
? Assist in arranging international travel, visas, and work permits for expatriate staff, ensuring compliance with host-country immigration laws. Job Holder Requirement Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related fields 2 Fluent English for cross-cultural coordination with global teams; proficiency in Mandarin preferred for local stakeholder engagement
3 Advanced Excel and financial modeling ability. 4 Excellent reporting and presentation skills. 5 Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
Experience
1 2-4 years of experience in administrative support roles, preferably within the EPC or related industries. 2 Experience in handling logistics and coordination tasks would be beneficial.
