? Assist the Interface & MOC Manager in managing and coordinating all interface activities within the FPSO EPC project. Interface Coordination:
? Help in managing the interfaces between in-house departments, other entities, subcontractors, and the client, ensuring smooth project execution. ? Participate in identifying, categorizing, scheduling, and assessing the impact of technical interfaces (inter-discipline, internal, and external). Interface Documentation:
? Assist in preparing, updating, and maintaining interface matrices and plans. ? Ensure interface schedules/matrices are current, and interface deliverables are issued timely. Responsibility Assignment:
? Assist in assigning responsibilities for interface-related tasks and ensuring that required actions are completed within defined schedules. Control and Monitoring:
? Monitor the status of interface documents, ensuring reviews are conducted and changes to discipline documents for interfaces are recorded and executed. Problem Resolution:
? Identify and address any problem areas related to the deliverable schedules for engineering and materials, applying corrective measures as needed. Third-Party Document Review:
? Assist in reviewing third-party documents for interface considerations. Information Flow:
? Ensure the flow of information between project parties is coordinated, communicated, documented, and distributed effectively. Vendor Equipment Interfaces:
? Coordinate multi-disciplined interfaces associated with vendor-supplied equipment in conjunction with the relevant requisitioning engineer. Lessons Learned:
? Contribute to the lessons learned system by sharing insights gained from interface management activities. Project Closeout:
? Provide input to the project closeout report related to interface management activities. Support Change Management:
? Support the overall management of changes within the project, focusing on interface-related aspects.
Job Holder Requirement
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related fields (Master’s preferred for complex offshore projects) 2 Familiarity with FIDIC contracts (EPC-specific clauses) and API/ASME standards for offshore interfaces
3 Fluent English for cross-cultural coordination with global teams; proficiency in Mandarin preferred for local stakeholder engagement
4 Strong negotiation skills to balance client expectations, contractor capabilities, and project constraints . 5 Advanced Excel and financial modeling ability. 6 Excellent reporting and presentation skills. 7 Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset. 8 Good leadership skills, along with communication and interpersonal skills ,have ability to organize own work and meet strict deadlines 9 Willing to transfer internationally and be prepared to spend extended durations at the various contract work sites
Experience
1 At least 5 years of experience in offshore oil & gas, with a focus on FPSO/EPC interface coordination across engineering, procurement, and construction phases. 2 Experience working on projects valued over $500M USD involving multiple stakeholders (e.g., EPC contractors, subcontractors, clients) is preferred.
