? Assist QHSE Manager: Support daily operations by implementing QHSE policies, conducting audits, and preparing compliance reports to ensure alignment with standards .
? Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Perform regular site inspections to identify hazards (e.g., unsafe scaffolding, chemical exposure) and coordinate corrective actions with construction teams .
? Incident Investigation: Lead root-cause analysis for safety incidents (e.g., LTIs, near-misses) and document lessons learned to update risk management protocols . ? Training & Awareness: Organize HSE training programs (e.g., emergency response, PPE usage) for contractors and subcontractors to meet project safety KPIs .
? Documentation Management: Maintain QHSE records (e.g., inspection logs, permits-to-work) and ensure timely submission to regulatory authorities .

Job Holder Requirement
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related fields; Master’s degree preferred for complex offshore projects
3 Fluent English for cross-cultural coordination with global teams; proficiency in Mandarin preferred for local stakeholder engagement
4 Strong negotiation skills to balance client expectations, contractor capabilities, and project constraints . 5 Advanced Excel and financial modeling ability. 6 Excellent reporting and presentation skills. 7 Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset. 8 Willing to transfer internationally and be prepared to spend extended durations at the various contract work sites
Experience
1 5+ years in offshore/oil & gas QHSE roles, with hands-on experience in FPSO EPC projects . 2 Proven ability to manage subcontractor compliance and resolve safety and quality conflicts
