? Identify and develop new business growth opportunities in terms of chemicals, petrochemicals market and services, Complete company marketing KPI. ? Develop strategies and tactics and capture teams needed to bring opportunities to fruition. ? Part of the negotiating team that enables bids to come to contract. ? Prospect generation (through service and market development processes) and Revenue generation (through key account management processes). ? Build and manage a business development focus in the China for FW. ? Lead an organized prospects process for bid/no bid decisions and winning strategy development, ensuring the right people are exposed to the client at the right time to maximize probability of success. ? Interface with other departments and FW Affiliate offices to deliver execution capabilities across business lines. ? Ensure involvement and participation of stakeholders in the pursuit and recommendation of prospects. ? Ensure that business development activities and messages are communicated across China Operations and Corporate FW. ? Manage Sales & Marketing databases for China Operations and contribute to the required communication process. ? Furnish business development activity reports. ? 任職要求: ? Chemicals Engineering or Marketing relevant background, MBA desirable. ? At least 5-10 years’ experience in Project Management, Account Management, General Management or Business Development Management or similar roles. ? Experience of FEED/EPC strategies highly desirable. ? Experience of interfacing and networking at a corporate level.
