Master’s degree in Urban Planning or Urban Design from a top domestic university or a well-regarded international institution. Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with 1–3 years of experience in national Class-A planning institutes or international planning firms are preferred. Possession of junior professional titles or relevant certifications is a plus. Solid foundational skills in urban design and planning, with the ability to support project managers in tasks such as drawing preparation, research and analysis, report writing, and presentation material development. Strong awareness of urban development and transformation trends, with interest in topics such as sustainability, digital tools, and human-centric design. Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese; capable of participating in bilingual reporting and project communication. Proficient in core design and presentation software such as AutoCAD, PowerPoint, Photoshop, and InDesign; skilled in tools like Rhino, SketchUp, GIS, and Illustrator. Experience with integrated technical applications such as sunlight analysis, climate simulation, and environmental impact analysis is an advantage. Demonstrates high initiative, a strong sense of responsibility, excellent teamwork, and the ability to adapt to dynamic project schedules and occasional travel.
