Following Permit to Work as per the site procedure

Following Management of Change (MOC) as per the site procedure.

Stop work whenever there is an unsafe condition and immediately inform the Shift Leader and/or Head of Department.

Make critical assessment of the assets responsible for this position, develop detailed maintenance standards and plans for key equipment and protection systems, conduct periodic maintenance, and fault cause analysis, and continuously improve the maintenance level of key facilities and protection systems

2:   Maintenance part 維修部分

  In charge of daily maintenance work on site 負責現場日常維修工作。
  Manage the maintenance contractors. 維修包商管理。
 Manage the work permit working assignment. 工作票的分配管理。
Implement preventive maintenance plan and predictive maintenance plan timely and effectively. 及時有效地實施預防性維修計劃和預測性維修計劃。
 Provide the strong technical support to maintenance activities 為維護工作提供強有力的技術支持。
Communicate with production department and SHE department to make sure the     maintenance work well. 與生產部門和安全部門溝通，確保維修工作的順利進行。 
Work closely with Process and Production Process Engineers as a team to optimize processes and equipment.  與工藝和生產工藝工程師緊密合作，優化工藝流程和設備。
Assist the manager to control the maintenance cost. 協助維修經理控制維修成本。
Participating in PHA(HAZOPs) at site as per procedure. 按照程序規定參與現場危險與可操作性分析。
Tracking action items from HAZOP to closure. 持續跟蹤可操作性分析行動項直到關閉。

3: Small Project and MOC part: 小項目及技改方面：

  In charge of the works related with Ningbo small project and MOC
負責寧波工廠小項目及技改相關工作。
  Work with purchasing department on equipment technical requirement and selection 
與采購部門一起制定設備的技術規范和選型要求。
  Communicate with design institute and equipment suppliers
與設計院和設備供應商溝通交流。
